Alcohol is literally killing middle aged men

I have always believed that a hardworking man deserves to have his drink of choice at the end of the day.  Research that shows that red wine has other health benefits in addition to reducing excretion of Testosterone by the body, motivated me to pour myself a glass at dinner time, but if you are a middle aged man struggling with low-T alcohol is your enemy.  Spending a decade or two of middle age without alcohol sounds like a huge sacrifice, but I have come up with a compromise: drink small quantity only during the weekend (I make rare exceptions for special occasions during the week but then adjust the weekend consumption accordingly).  Unfortunately, some middle aged men are over-drinking and dying, according to CDC, which has found that as many as six middle-aged Americans die everyday from alcohol poisoning.  Guys, I know life is hard, but for me it became easier without alcohol.
